At Submission

Criteria for Publication

  • Originality: The work must present original research, analysis, or review and must not be published or under review elsewhere.
  • Scientific Significance: The manuscript should make a meaningful contribution to the field of engineering or informatics.

Publication Limitations

Each issue publishes a maximum of 12 articles. Submissions exceeding this limit may be scheduled for a subsequent issue.

Editorial Board

The journal’s editorial board consists of qualified scholars who ensure independent, fair, and timely peer review. Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations.

Submitting an Article

Authors must follow the DJEI Formatting Guide. All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system to ensure proper tracking and efficient processing.

After Submission

Initial Screening

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to assess:

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope
  • Compliance with formatting requirements
  • Adherence to ethical standards

Peer Review Process

All submissions to Dasinya Journal for Engineering and Informatics undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are selected by the editorial team based on their expertise in the relevant subject area.

Reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process. Reviewers are required to declare any conflicts of interest prior to accepting a review assignment. Reviewers with potential conflicts are not assigned to the manuscript.

Based on reviewers’ reports, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final editorial decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection.

Authors typically receive an initial decision or status update within four weeks of submission. Reviewer comments are normally shared within one month, followed by an editorial decision.
