Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy

Dasinya Journal for Engineering and Informatics is committed to ensuring the long-term accessibility and preservation of its published content.

To guarantee long-term digital preservation, this journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This system permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

Furthermore, all published articles are permanently hosted on the journal’s official website and are secured through institutional digital archiving and backup systems maintained by Duhok Polytechnic University.

In addition, all articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) registered with Crossref to ensure persistent resource resolution, reliable citation, and permanent access over time.
