Ethical Principles and Publication Policy
1. Ethical Standards
Dasinya Journal for Engineering and Informatics is committed to upholding the highest standards of research and publication ethics. All authors, reviewers, and editors must adhere to ethical principles that ensure the integrity, transparency, and accountability of the scholarly publishing process.
2. Authors’ Responsibilities

Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration or published elsewhere.

Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work and approved the final manuscript.

Disclosure: Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest or financial support related to the research.

Data Integrity: Data presented must be accurate and honestly reported; fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

Ethical Approval: Studies involving humans or animals must have appropriate ethical approval, and this should be stated in the manuscript.

Acknowledgments: Proper acknowledgment should be given to contributors who do not meet authorship criteria.
3. Reviewers’ Responsibilities

4. Editors’ Responsibilities

5. Publication Ethics

Plagiarism: DJEI uses plagiarism detection software to screen submissions. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism will be rejected or retracted.

Duplicate Submission: Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is prohibited.

Corrections and Retractions: The journal will publish corrections, clarifications, retractions, or apologies as necessary to maintain the scholarly record.

Misconduct: Any allegations of misconduct will be investigated thoroughly, following COPE guidelines.
6. Conflicts of Interest
All authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work or judgment.
7. Open Access and Licensing
Dasinya publishes all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, promoting open and ethical dissemination of knowledge.
8. Complaints and Appeals
